Vintage 1950s black glossy patent handbag (unsure if vinyl or leather). Top of frame is trimmed with matte black pebble grain vinyl (could be leather). Frame and clasp are in good working order. Handle attachments and four feet at base seem to be brass however, clasp is gold tone finish. Purse interior is lined with black taffeta-like fabric with open slit pocket. No makers tag or signature.
There is a small divot in the front patent though no puncture or scratch is present. There is very light wear to the clasp finish. See photos.
